Learn the specifics about our Mindful Relationship Coach Certification.
Join our Mindful Relationship coaching certification program and help others reduce relationship stress, heal from past relationship trauma, and find true intimacy. Also support your clients to improve their relationships by becoming mindful of devaluing, stop defensiveness and connect with their partner's fear and pain. You will be trained to use an inventory tool and a thorough assessment to determine which of our over 70 tools to use to support your clients.

You will learn how to lead couples to:
-
Help each other heal from past trauma.
-
Communicate with compassion.
-
Redefine what partnership means in their relationship.
As a Mindfulness Coach certification candidate, you will learn how to use over 70 tools and exercises only obtained as a student of our mindfulness coaching school.
TSD Emotional Clusters:
Use this tool to help clients identify their specific emotion, selecting from a chart of over 300 emotions.
TSD Setting Clear Boundaries Tool:
Use this tool to help clients unpack what responses are emotionally safe and supportive and which are not. And how partners can ask one another for what they need.
TSD C.A.R.E. Tool for Couples:
Use this tool to help couples communicate with care and validation when conflicts arise. Clients learn to identify which of their comments and actions can be interpreted as devaluing.
