Join our Mindful Leadership coaching certification program and help others permanently reduce work stress, overcome attention challenges, unpack their emotions and move into acceptance. You will be trained to use an inventory tool and a thorough assessment to determine which of our over 70 tools to use to support your clients.

You will learn how to identify if your clients stress is exacerbated by:

Unhealthy thought cycles, such as, worry, overthinking and rumination.

Inability to soothe their sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight responses).

Unhealed trauma (ie racial trauma or work trauma)
As a Mindfulness Coach certification candidate, you will learn how to use over 70 tools and exercises only obtained as a student of our mindfulness coaching school.
TSD Emotional Clusters:
Use this tool to help clients identify their specific emotion, selecting from a chart of over 300 emotions.
TSD Overthinking Versus Openness Tool:
Use this tool to help clients avoid being mentally drained by identify their overthinking and learning how to disengage from their thinking.
TSD Soothing the Nervous System:
Use this tool to help clients identify what triggers them in to fight or flight and create soothing affirmations.
TSD Mindfulness Coaching Training and Certification Schedule and Cost
You will participate in private personal online coaching sessions with TSD founder, Sarah Vallely. You will also complete six classes, participate in six private training sessions to round out your coach training and gain support with coaching your own clients.
